ICF Representatives Attend Seminar on Federalism

Representatives from ICF attend seminar on Federalism together with the keynote speaker  Hon. Aquilino “Nene” Pimentel Jr. the former Senate President and Founder of the PDP-Laban.

Federalism is the kind of government where the distribution of powers is among the central person and his constituents. It is the type of government where each state has their own set of laws aside from the overall laws that is passed all over the country.

Students from different universities, academies, and colleges around Pampanga and Tarlac Province went to witness the speaking and convincing prowess of former Senate President Aquilino “Nene” Pimentel Jr. last September 3, 2016 at the Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University (DHVTSU).

The seminar, with the theme “Federalism and the Political Participation of the Youth,” was attended by about a hundred students, faculty members and the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) Party list members.
